OK, we thought we would be a little different here. A lot of schools want to get you in the door and then sign you up so that after you have completed the classroom segment of the course you can stand around in a lot "training" on outdated trucks that are usually at best barely functional. Then, some schools will go so far as to "gut out" the sleeper compartment on their trucks so that three or four students can sit in the back and "observe" a student driver at the wheel. That's great. First, how do you learn from another student? Second, just what is that instructor focusing on? And third, under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, how does that gutted out sleeper compartment comply with the regs? You may work in a group environment with other students when we are doing tasks such as vehicle inspection, drop and hooks and other non driving activities. BUT all behind the wheel driving is one on one with a qualified instructor. With our CDL A Course we can guarantee a minimum of 20 hours behind the wheel. By keeping our class sizes capped at ten, you will receive one and a half hours per day behind the wheel! For our CDL Class A 160 hour certificate course, the tuition is still $750.00! The school provides all necessary training materials,however you  pay your CDL permit fee, you pay for your required DOT physical,  your Drug Screen, and you pay for your New Mexico CDL Road Test.  The CDL A class is restricted to the first ten applicants only per class so we require that the $900.00 tuition is paid in full before the class start date.
