Job Placement Assistance Here it is. Your new career in Trucking. Now what? Through the course, we will give you as much insight into securing employment in the industry as we can. No one and no school can guarantee you a job. But we will do our best to help you get that job. Many truckload carriers do offer tuition reimbursement...but be careful here...they may require you to commit to a specific period of employment- just to give you a hundred dollars or so a month.... We have applications here that we will help you fill out and fax to prospective employers. So long as it doesn't greatly impact training schedules, we will invite any and all companies here to give informational presentations about their company. You may even get "pre-hired" by one or several of them. But we will not "sponsor" or guide you to any particular company. No carrier will ever pay us or help us offset costs or anything else to come to our school to recruit you. And if any company ever chooses not to come and visit with our students then they have chosen to diminish their field of outstanding and highly qualified employees and that is their loss. This industry is full of great companies and great jobs. And there are companies out there that realize that their drivers are the backbone of the industry. Those companies know where the best student drivers in the industry are being trained! You will be employed folks, but first, once you have made the decision to train with Tractor Trailer Career Center, we have to get you that CDL License. THAT is our primary focus!
